Recommended by a Contractor. We are two retirees. Were able to to seal our large stamped concrete patios with no issues. Goes on easily. Has a blue tint to it; enough time to see where you left off. Dries clear. Hoping the seal lasts at least two seasons! Live in upstate New York. We will comment further when time goes by. Pleased so far.
