Acri-Thane Acrylic Urethane coating is a highly durable decorative sealer designed for stained concrete floors, countertops, and other decorative concrete surfaces. This 2-part system (1:1) is simple to apply and provides excellent protection and enhancement to decorative surfaces. It displays new polyurethane technology which provides RPD-rapid property development – making this a great choice over other polyurethane systems due to the very fast turnaround. It is also self-priming which means it does very well as the main sealer or a highly durable topcoat over epoxies. THIS IS BEST USED AS A SINGLE COAT APPLICATION. If doing a second coat you can usually do so within 20 min of starting your first coat. YOU MUST SAND BETWEEN COATS IF LEFT TO CURE OUT.

Great concrete countertop sealer. I like it better than epoxy or polyaspartic. It is easier to use and dries very fast.
This was a great choice over our stained floor. I put on one even coat and it looks fantastic. It has held up well for three months without a scratch, even with kids.
This has been a good sealer for us as a topcoat over colored chips. It performs similar to the polyaspartic we had been using for years. This is a real bargain as a coating for our business. The only problem is that it cures so fast it is hard for us to re-coat our smooth floors with out sanding.
We called and talked to an informative person at this place to give us an overview of doing our garage floor. We had a friend with a grinder to clean up the top and then we were on our own. This review involves a few products. The Essential Primer, the Epoxy HP, Gray tint RZ and the Acrithane. The good news, it all worked great. The bad news, we have neighbors who want it now. It really was an easy process if you don’t panic. All the products did what we expected after we talked to them in detail. The Acrithane dried faster than we expected so it left lines. We just did another coat and it took care of it. Just be sure you have a few days in a row to do this type of project because it needs to be done in consecutive stages/days to work properly.
This was used on an acid stained garage floor. Two light coats gave me a medium gloss. No problems with tires leaving marks. Not very slick either. This was more than the stuff at Lowe’s but I think this will hold up much better.
